Ben is a senior commercial solicitor, advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. Areas of special expertise include corporate structures and acquisitions; trusts and asset planning (including advising offshore and migrating parties on New Zealand based structures); commercial property; creative industries (including brand protection and intellectual property);and the marine industry. In addition to his legal experience, Ben has been a New Zealand representative yachtsman for a number of years.
