Rachael is a senior litigation solicitor specialising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. In particular company law (including directors' duties and shareholder disputes), commercial contractual disputes, creditor's remedies, regulatory law and tort-based claims. Rachael has acted for a wide range of clients within the commercial community including listed and unlisted companies, financial services sector and high net-worth individual clients.
Rachael has appeared as counsel in a number of High Court and District Court proceedings. In addition to litigation Rachael provides clients with broad commercially focused dispute resolution advice and advocacy in mediation. |
