Lowndes Jordan University of Auckland Corporate Law Prize Winner 2021

Lowndes Jordan was delighted to award Nithya Narayanan the University of Auckland Lowndes Jordan Prize in Corporate Legal Studies today. The prize is awarded each year on the recommendation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law to the University of Auckland student who excelled in at least two corporate legal studies papers. Lowndes Jordan has proudly sponsored the prize for 28 years, to encourage and reward students with an interest in corporate law.

Liz Gellert gave the prize to Nithya in a short ceremony, followed by a celebratory morning tea. Nithya is currently completing her final semester of a conjoint Law (Hons) and Arts degree. It was such a pleasure to meet Nithya and hear about her experience studying, summer clerking in a real variety of firms and law, and her extra-curricular interests in writing and poetry. We have every confidence Nithya will have a great career in law and are proud to have been a small part of her journey.

Good luck Nithya!
