We have returned to our offices at 188 Quay Street, but on a restricted basis to keep Lowndes Jordan staff and visitors safe. As was the case during Levels 3 and 4, all our contact details remain the same and our services are unchanged.

While the New Zealand Government's current Level 2 restrictions apply, we will continue to hold all meetings involving non Lowndes Jordan participants using zoom or other similar remote access technologies, unless that is not possible. Where a meeting is to take place, it should not involve more than 10 people or last for longer than 2 hours. Participants should be seated at least 1-2 metres apart during the meeting.

If you are visiting our offices, please note that both our building, and our offices on Level 15, are locked off with secure card access required. You will need to:
  • Telephone the person you are meeting directly, or our main telephone number, to let someone know you have arrived downstairs at the lifts.
  • Wait for someone to come down to meet you at the lift to bring you up to Level 15. Lifts are limited to 4 people per lift so, unfortunately, it may take some time to access a lift.
  • Once on Level 15, please either wash your hands thoroughly in one of the bathrooms on our floor or use the hand sanitiser provided, before coming into our office.
  • Before coming into our offices, and when exiting, please complete the contact tracing register at our main entrance. In addition to noting the time you enter and exit our offices, and your contact details, completion of the register also confirms that you do not have COVID-19 or any symptoms, have not returned from overseas in the preceding 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has, and are not aware that you have come into contact with anyone having, or suspected of having, COVID-19, in the last 14 days.

Thank you.
