Lowndes Jordan client Secured Signing has partnered with government initiative RealMe to provide verified identity services and e-signatures on a range of electronic documents.

Secured Signing enables people to utilise their smartphones, PCs and tablet devices to capture their graphical signature, fill-in, sign, seal and verify documents using cloud based encrypted digital signature technology (e-signatures). RealMe is a government partnership between the Department of Internal Affairs and NZ Post which verifies customers’ identification on documents such as passport applications, Studylink and bank applications for new accounts.

Lowndes Jordan partner, Rick Shera, commented “We’ve been with Secured Signing from the start, back when people really questioned whether signature of documents online was legal. It always has been and now it’s becoming mainstream. We congratulate Secured Signing on being at the forefront of these developments, as this partnership shows."
