Claudia Russell

Claudia is a litigation lawyer with particular experience in insolvency, Property (Relationships) Act 1976 disputes, and compensation claims under the Public Works Act 1981. She has appeared in the High Court, District and Family Courts, as well as acting in alternate dispute resolution forums to achieve negotiated settlements. Claudia has experience assisting barristers and King’s Counsel in proceedings. She is also a committee member of the Auckland Women’s Law Association.
