Stephanie is an experienced senior litigator whose main area of practice is in commercial litigation and disputes resolution. She is experienced in insolvency, company law and directors’ duties, and regulatory prosecutions, as well as general contract, tort and equitable disputes, and trusts and property law.

Stephanie was admitted to the Bar in 2003 after studying at the University of Canterbury to obtain bachelor's degrees in both law and science. Stephanie has participated in the governance of the Auckland District Law Society where she sat on the Council as its youngest member and established outreach for young and newly graduated lawyers. She maintains an oversight role in the ADLS young lawyers’ committee and projects. Stephanie has memberships in a number of professional membership organisations relevant to her areas of expertise, such as RITANZ, Insol, WIRI, AWLA and ADLS.

Stephanie has represented both corporate and private clients in a variety of civil disputes across a number of dispute resolution forums including the High Court and District Court as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and negotiation.  She has also assisted King’s Counsel and other senior counsel in litigation in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
