Senior Associate

Stephanie is an experienced senior litigator whose main area of practice is commercial litigation. She was admitted to the Bar in 2003 and studied at the University of Canterbury where she obtained bachelor's degrees in both law and science.

Stephanie has represented both corporate and private clients in a variety of civil disputes across a number of dispute resolution forums including the High Court and District Court as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and negotiation. She has also assisted Queen's Counsel and other senior counsel in litigation in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She has particular expertise in the areas of company law (including insolvency, directors' duties and shareholders' disputes), contractual disputes, and trusts and property law.
